One award or a complete presentation set

We work on one-off commissions and repeat quantities. For sets, consistent positioning, sizing and finish are essential. Send the number of awards, their dimensions and the variable wording for each piece so the job can be assessed accurately.

Supplying your logo and wording

Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or SVG is best for detailed identities. High-resolution PDF or image files may also be usable. Wording should be supplied exactly as it needs to appear, with names, job titles and dates checked before production.

Customer-supplied awards

Many existing awards can be engraved, although not every shape, coating or material is suitable. Photographs, dimensions and details of any previous engraving allow us to assess the available area and likely method.

Deadlines and repeat orders

If the awards are for a fixed event, tell us the presentation date at the outset. For repeat programmes, retaining consistent artwork and a clear list of variable names helps future orders run smoothly.
